The self-build kit is transported on a truck fitted with a truck-mounted forklift (piggyback). Where the situation allows, we place the parts directly in the right spot on the building site. - Coordinating the delivery time

For extensive projects, delivery can take place in several phases. This keeps everything clear and lets the parts be placed in the right order. - Small shipments

The building site must be accessible for heavy transport and, if necessary, a crane. - Be present or reachable by phone
This way any questions can be resolved quickly and installation runs efficiently. - Check the materials on receipt
Verify that all parts are present and delivered undamaged. If you have any questions, you can get in touch right away. - Protection against the weather
The packages are sturdily wrapped but not waterproof. If you don’t start installation immediately, we recommend storing the wood in a dry, well-ventilated place.
